CompIQ was started by a former listing agent and a former bank appraiser who kept running into the same problem from opposite sides of the closing table: every CMA was either too opinionated to be credible, or too abstract to be useful.

So we built the one we both wanted — an analysis that shows its work, uses real comps, itemizes every adjustment, and fits on six pages a seller will actually read.

We're a small team based in Denver. We ship slowly, write our own copy, and take pricing advice from the agents who use us most.
