CompIQ was started by a husband-and-wife team — a real estate investor and a licensed realtor — who kept running into the same problem from opposite sides of the deal: every CMA was either too opinionated to be credible, or too abstract to be useful.

So we built the one we both wanted — an analysis that shows its work, uses real comps, itemizes every adjustment, and fits on six pages a seller will actually read. One of us underwrites deals with it; the other walks into listing appointments with it.

We're a two-person team. We write our own copy, run our own comps, and build for the agents and investors we know best — because we are both.
